Our System

How it works

You start by having our HHO Fuel unit installed into your vehicle, which is a tank (or tanks depending on your engine size) that holds distilled water, a mixture of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. We then run a small amount of electrical current (10 amps) through the HHO FUEL to induce electrolysis into the water. By doing this we split the molecular structure of water, which separates into hydrogen and oxygen molecules. When you split the molecular structure of water you get HHO gas. You can actually see this brownish colored gas that resembles smoke inside of the HHO FUEL. This brown gas (HHO) is then captured by our HHO FUEL SYSTEM, and then pulled into the engine through the vehicles ordinary fuel/air mixture.
 
Once the brown gas (HHO) is in the engine, it helps increase the flame spread during the combustion process. The HHO gas makes the flame in your engine burn quicker and longer  which results in enhanced combustion, improved mileage and reduced greenhouse gas emissions. This HHO gas is used to boost engine efficiency by helping the fuel burn more efficiently and more complete. Our HHO Fuel unit also helps to cool down the engine while drastically reducing emissions and increasing your vehicles horse power.

With our HHO Fuel unit more fuel is used to power your vehicle, and less is lost as unused waste out of your exhaust pipe.

The fuel used in the hydrogen cells is a mixture of baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, rubbing alcohol (70%) in a gallon of distilled water. This will not work with tap water or purified water. This solution is then poured into the fuel cell. A 10 amp current is introduced to the fuel cell, creating a reaction that produces hydrogen gas. The vehicle engine then pulls the gas through the air intake and vacuum systems. There is no pressure created by build-up of hydrogen gas in the HHO Fuel System.
